Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received before 16:00 on the day prior to your scheduled trip
You may choose a full refund or reschedule your booking at no additional cost.

Cancellations received after 16:00 until closing time on the day prior to your trip
A 50% charge of the total trip price will apply.
This covers confirmed costs such as reserved boat spaces, lunch, and your assigned instructor/divemaster.

Cancellations on the day of the trip, no-shows, or late arrivals
No refund will be issued.

If Evolution Divers Thailand must cancel the trip
You will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative date
